Since October 13, 1972, when Gustavo and his Rugby teammates survived the famous airplane crash in the Andes (later recreated in the film Alive), he became an inspirational example about overcoming adversity, and coping with the storms of life.
And now, almost 40 years after the tragedy, Gustavo continues to discover numerous parallels between the corporate world and personal development: motivation and courage are the necessary ingredients for overcoming adversity.
"We learn that what's important in life isn't what happens to us, it's what we do with the things that happen to us."
